Windows 10 Mobile has a completely different design from android and iOS. Its homescreen is a tiled interface, with resizable tiles which flips to provide more info about the app. You can group apps in windows also just like android and iOS.
iOS is the most lucrative platform for developers: the Apple Store charges slightly more for its app downloads than the Google Play Store and it’s easier to develop for. Therefore, the most cutting edge apps usually appear on Apple devices first.
Android users in some cases have to wait for release but as Android is open source so developers can easily access code use to develop apps. Due to being open source a large variety of apps can be found on Google Play Store unlike iOS and windows with limited variety of apps.

Each OS has its own positive and negative points and it only depends on the person according to its demands. iOS is very simpler in design and good in security but expensive whereas Android is highly customizable and secure. Whereas windows is also very good but due to lack of applications on windows store it lags behind from iOS and Android.
