Build and design
The meizu M2 is build with plastic with no materials like glass or metal. Glossy finish and the rounded edges and sides at the back make for a device that feels great in the hand. Volume and power button is on left side whereas the SIM and SD Card slots are on the left side. Build quality is good with tightly packed parts. The exact dimensions are: 150.9 x 75.2 x 8.7mm.

Phone is powered by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 and 2GB RAM. The octa-core Mediatek processor in the the Meizu M2 Note is capable, but it still falls considerably short when compared to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 powering the Yu Yureka Plus. Internal storage is 16GB and it is expandable upto 128GB.
The Meizu M2 Note packed with a 13 MP rear shooter and a 5 MP front-facing camera which is an impressive camera package for a device at this price. The image quality is not upto mark though, as there are some misses along the way, in particularly related to issues with exposure. That said, some good shots are definitely possible, and the images feature good color and detail reproduction.
The Meizu M2 Note ships with the Flyme OS 4.5.1, a forked version of Android based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. In context to previous version of OS, good changes have been made in it but still a long way to go.
A smartphone should be a complete package, it should be able to perform all tasks with similar ease and the Meziu M2 Note does exactly that. It might not be the best performing or might not have the best camera, but if you take a step back and look at the bigger picture, it is the better phone. Basically, if you’re looking for the right balance, then this is the phone to go for. It’s good performance at a good price, which is what the consumer would want. Hence, the bottomline is simple, if you have a budget of Rs. 10,000 and want a well rounded phone without waiting for a flash sale, the Meizu M2 Note is your best choice.
