Bajaj has launched a new bike in 150cc segment which is named Bajaj V15. The main attraction of this bike is that petrol tank is made from the metal of INS Vikrant which was an aircraft carrier for Indian Navy. In fact, the design of the bike is totally different from other bikes in the same segment.
The bike has a muscular tank and a rear seat cowl which enhances the beauty if the bike. Front wheel size of the bike is 18-inch whereas rear is 16-inch.
Headlight design is very different which is a bit quirky. Instrument panel got an analogue speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge. On the Fuel tank, you can find tag describing that it is made from metal of INS Vikrant which enhances the beauty of the bike.
The ride of this bike is of supreme quality. Bajaj has tried to maintain strong, silent personality of the bike. The ride is very stable but when the speed goes up, after the speed of 60kmph it starts vibrating which is a negative point of this bike. You cannot enjoy high speed even on empty roads as well as on highways. Overall ride quality is nice and is not uncomfortable at all. Suspension works well and is plus point to the performance of the bike.
The bike is very good at speeds between 30-70kmph. Whereas gear shifting is not very smooth and is quite clunky. Overall transmission can be better but existing one is not too bad.
The ex-showroom price of Delhi is 61,999 INR which makes the bike pocket-friendly as compared to other bikes in the 125-150cc segment. In my views, the bike is worth buying. The bike made with the metal of INS Vikrant is limited edition.
It’s not for people who love speed. It is for the people who ride on busy streets of the city due to its 5-speed transmissions. The company has introduced everything new in the bike from design to engine. Whether it fits your needs or not?
